What is the return policy?
Five Year Warranty and Support
We offer a five year worldwide warranty and customer support on all products and parts limited to any defects in materials, workmanship, and broken components under normal use. Incorrect use of, installation or wiring of our lighting systems and failure to follow the installation instructions available on our website is not covered under this warranty.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can quickly evaluate the issue. Damages and issues during shipping is out of our control but we will assist in the claim process to make it right.
30 Day Return Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery if you change your mind. The items MUST be unopened, unused in original packaging for a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at HexiLightsTO@outlook.com where we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs (including any duties/taxes resulting from the return of the product, if applicable), and once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Please note that HexiLights Lighting reserves the right to charge a restocking/refurbishing fee of 15% on returns. Returns that are missing parts or packaging; or are returned with damaged packaging, may result in a reduced refund.

When will I get my order?
You can expect your package to arrive in 3-20 business days depending on the shipping method, product(s), and your location. If you buy multiple kits we may ship in multiple boxes.
For logistical purposes we use both our US domestic and our international warehouses to ship our products depending on order situation, location, current domestic supply at time of order.
Most orders will be delivered and handled by our main delivery partners: UPS, Fedex, USPS, DHL.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
